Knust-Godwin is a contract manufacturer of products and services to the Aerospace, Defense, Semi-conductor, Petroleum, Petrochemical, Natural Gas, Power Generation, and General industries. We manufacture and repair down-hole equipment for the oil and gas industry. Knust-Godwin’s core competencies include: precision machining, additive manufacturing, welding, E-Beam welding, Laser Overlay, and threading services for machined parts and accessories for these and other commercial industries. Knust-Godwin LLC was formerly known as Knust-SBO LLC and Godwin-SBO L.L.C separately, and changed its name to Knust-Godwin LLC in October 2015. The company was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Katy, Texas. Knust-Godwin LLC operates as a subsidiary of Schoeller-Bleckmann Oilfield Equipment Aktiengesellschaft.

History
Knust-Godwin is the new way forward, the merging of two Houston industry leaders in precision manufacturing. Knust started as a precision watchmaker over fifty years ago and Godwin also started 50 years ago as a precision shop dedicated to the most advanced technology.
